A beautiful and trTs chic Parisian-style brasserie filled with French accents and elfin bodies dressed in black. There`s subtle lighting, lots of mirrors, fun music, and innovative cuisine from Jean-Michel Bergougnoux. He presents a chef`s selection of shellfish, an eggplant and lamb salad glazed with goat cheese, a foie gras mosaic with salsify, roasted red snapper with sun-dried tomato crust, Swiss chard and black olive broth, and a cote de boeuf for two sliced tableside. If you want something really down home and traditional he`s also not above doing bourgeois dishes like Dieppe-style mackerel, and a leek and veal head salad.
Focusing on a French cuisine, this is a fine dining establishment. Expect the average entrée to cost between $20 and $30.
