Specialties of the house include tangerine-flavored beef, tangy sesame chicken, and old-fashioned chow mein. Start with the fried won tons or chicken in rice parchment, or ask the waiter about getting a dim sum sampler -- it`s not on the menu, and it`s a good secret to be in on. A separate bar, white tablecloths, and the high standards of service help to compensate for the 25-year-old restaurant`s unusual lime-green decor.
