This stunning Chinese restaurant has high-backed, artistic black chairs, spot lighting, red roses on the white tables, and a feeling of importance. It`s expensive but worth it, and the international set calls way in advance for reservations. Get the cilantro shrimp dumplings, ying and yang prawns, lobster with black bean sauce, or an oceanic treat of assorted seafood. There are light specials of spa cuisine, a classic General Tso`s chicken, Hong Kong marinated beef filet, and Peking duck prepared with finesse. The lunch specials are more affordable and change daily, and there`s a dim sum lunch served on Saturday and Sunday.
