Chef Kevin Rathbun was wooed and won by Pano Karatassos to come to this city, where he produces remarkable cuisine. The restaurant itself was designed and built especially for this enterprise and it is a beautiful, Taos-flavored building inside and out.
This upscale restaurant focuses on and serves a southwestern American menu. Expect the average entrée to cost $20 to $30, and people typically go dressed up -- on the nicer side.
