First, this is not a Mexican restaurant. Manuel`s may be a hamburger joint, it may be in a rusty old part of town, but it is unquestionably THE place for Atlanta literati, from Jimmy Carter to poets to cub reporters. (There is an unwritten rule of not-for-attribution here.) Play pinball, watch the game on TV, or enjoy their remarkable chili. Manuel`s just had its 40th birthday and is ready for more.
