Start your meal with hot rice in cold beer. Finish with red bean ice cream topped with a fresh Bing cherry. In between you can`t go wrong with the sushi, all of it unmistakably fresh and prepared in a traditional, straightforward style. The salmon is buttery tender, the halibut equally so, the hearty monkfish liver served in soft brown swirls with ponzu dressing on daikon. The little restaurant, traditional like its sushi, is neat as a pin in blues, woods and white.
