A lovely, belowstairs neighborhood restaurant done in pastels, with a correct and solicitous staff and regional Italian cuisine. A broiled veal chop is done Milanese-style, salmon is sautTed in mustard sauce, and the green and white pasta with shrimp, zucchini, garlic and tomato is especially good. Chef Francesco Crescenzo also recommends the beef carpaccio, bocconcini stuffed with proscuitto, basil and tomato, and chicken scarpariello. Cannoli is made fresh daily, and the assorted fresh fruit plate has one of the nicest presentations in the city.
Here you`ll find a place that offers Italian dishes. Expect the average entrée to cost in the range of $12 to $20, and most guests dress casual.
