The Brooklyn Seafood, Steak & Oyster House Located in the former Brooklyn Hotel, this restaurant is convivial and clubby with dark wood furnishings, large upholstered booths, a copper-trimmed oyster bar, and a chef`s exhibition counter. In addition to what it claims is the largest oyster selection in town, Chef Tony Cunio`s specialties include alder planked King salmon with a smoked tomato butter sauce, pan seared tenderloin filet Roquefort, and sweet smoked oyster spinach salad.
