Once just a tiny Ballard hole-in-the-wall, the owners expanded into the space next door; the result is a cool, green room with a high ceiling, lots of plants, and plenty of Thai decorations. Many locals have deemed this their favorite Thai restaurant, and one mouthful of Tum Kar Gai (chicken, mushroom and coconut milk soup) or the fragrant Pud Prig (pork, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, baby corn, zucchini and basil in red curry sauce) provide ample proof of their devotion.
Thai Café dishes up a Thai cuisine. Expect the average entrée to cost under $8.
