When owner Antonio Migliaccio was coming through immigration, customs officials joked that his last name meant "noodle pudding," so coming up with a name for this restaurant was easy enough. The dining room has an airy Tuscan feel and the seating area in front becomes an open cafe in the summertime. Seasonal dishes are drawn from all regions, with a relentless focus on freshness. There`s peppered fettucine with smoked salmon and dill cream sauce, roasted striped bass stuffed with garlic and rosemary, and an excellent bruschetta crowned with tomatoes, black olives, onions, basil and Romano cheese.
Noodle Pudding focuses on Italian.
