Decorated in marble and earth tones, Spiaggia boasts one of the most beautiful dining rooms in Chicago. The designers held nothing back in furnishing the restaurant with exquisite details and exceptional furnishings. From the floor to ceiling windows there`s a sweeping view of Oak Street Beach and Michigan Avenue. Chef Paul Bartollota is a past winner of the James Beard Award, so you can expect the regional Italian cuisine to fulfill the promise of the room. The gnocchi in tomato cream sauce is a fabulous way to start. Other favorites include a wood roasted salmon served with asparagus, basil and white wine sauce, and a roast rack of lamb glazed with balsamic vinegar and rosemary.
