The Everest is an AMAZING place to dine. The view is not what makes the experience fabulous - it's the food and service. We sat no where near the famed window tables but could not be happier. The service is well choreographed but not stuffy and . We also liked the female sommelier with the weird name. She helped us pick out a great bottle of wine from Alsace. We had the degustation so we could experience a variety of food. The best part of the night was when we were given a tour of the kitchen to thank the people who made it happen. The executive chef, Chef Thierry Tritsch was so gracious and accomodating. I joked to my friend that he should be featured in one of those naked chefs and their blender ads. We felt like we were at a Disney Land for food lovers. A MUST TRY FOR ANY FOODIE!!! If you get to see Chef Thierry - give him a great big kiss for us. Bon Appetit!
