	Hey!Good day! I'll be having my term paper on the 11th day of this month and I am researching about the Singaporean cuisine, I've chose the chinese specialties. I would like to know the sttategies of cooking of such specialty and why is it been cooked that way, if it is correlated with certain tradition. I'll be waiting for your reply. Thank you very much.
