Very bad experience. Atmosphere is very poor. We were packed into the dining area like sardines, after having to wait 20 minutes beyond our reservation time. The wait was in a smoke filled bar. The noise in the restaurant made it nearly impossible to communicate. The didn't warn us about the exccentric shrimp cocktail that was made with freshly cut horseradish, so strong that it was uncomfortable and ruined the cocktail. The lobster was dry and burned on the exterior. We thought that at least the steaks would have been good. They were not. They were just not prepared well. This was a terrible dining experience over all. This was our second failed attempt at St. Elmo's Steakhouse and we will not be back.
