	I cannot agree with the above statement `Table talk requires you to speak up a bit here.` Au contraire! Pieces of cloth hung over each table muffle the sound so that you DON'T have to yell at your companion across the table from you. But first and foremeost, the food is divine! Thanks to Pierre, Jonathan et al.
