This restaurant is absolutely a disgrace. One of the worst restaurants I have dined at, relatively considering price and promised `upscale` rating. The supposed view is 50% side of buildings, and then you are lucky to catch a 15 min glimpse of the water/bridge. The food was so so, and certainly not worth the price. Service was AWFUL - we had to ask to have our candle lit. The lighting and ambience is reminiscent of a cheap dance club, complete with purple lights and techno music playing on the speakers. The man sitting next to us literally had a purple head beacause he was sitting right under their accent lights. I would definitely not suggest this place to anybody I like personally.
