Last night (11/18) 11 of us went to Iaria's. We did not have reservations and they made sure to let us know we were a problem, but they would take us. We sat on the bar side, and most of the other tables never filled. Three lasagnes were cold, one person had a steak that was so tough a knife didn't cut it. Drink refills had to be begged for. What a large disappointment! This was definitely a rotten experience. To top it off we couldn't decide on the tip, because as a group, we had it already included. Maybe because they knew that it would be rotten considering their attitude!
