I decided to try Matteo's after reading a Times article about how it was Sinatra's favorite. The booth we sat in (there were three of us) must have been reserved for circus midgets or maybe the Eng brothers.Is there a difference between intimate and tight? And the stench? Wow! Is Sinatra buried there? I liked the rug and the train. The mussels were great. The asparagus sucked and the tiramisu, which my Italian girlfriend assures me is to sucker non-Italians like me, was decidedly above average. All in all, I'll be back, but I'll be wearing a particle mask and some depends and say, is that a picture of Tommy Chong back there? Binky Tights Van Nuys
