My wife and I visited the Chart House last night. We were told that we didn't need a reservation for 7 P.M. When we arrive, we were asked to go downstairs to perhaps have a drink. This was the only positive experience all night. The bar area was waited by a young lady with 5 days of experience and who was actually in training! People walked out of this supposedly-tops restaurant due to no/slow delivery of food or drink. The Chart House actually lost money; the waitress was `stiffed` on her tip; the valet person must have also been `stiffed`. The customers will never return! So, why is this restaurant Zagat-rated? Was this night an oddity? I'm positive that last night's customers will not return= no possible way!!! Thomas.russoniello@verizon.net
