So who said you have to buy wine? I haven eaten at Gino's countless times for years and never felt pressured to buy wine...that you have no self control as to how much to drink before you meal get there is your problem! Gino's food is exceptional and the timing for a true italian meal perfect; who cares what magazine editors think? can't form your own opinion or use self control when it comes to drinking; maybe you should just stay home! I hope that you don't think Gino cares what you think when you based your review on a meal you ate while you were drunk.- Is follow up to post by yum11 ...
I disagree - food was so-so & service was SLOW. Clearly they want you to buy WINE. We went with 2 food magazine editors & they were clearly unimpressed. Asiago's has much better food & we does a much better job of getting it to the table before everyone is sloshed! -- 3/16/2005 6:02:36 PM
