	I think it is understandable when you sit down while a restaurant is real busy that you may get a slow service... I was in Casablanca last january, I liked that fact that the server staff work as a team... Katy, Rapheal and Steve were very good taking care of us and we were a group of 8, and by the way our lunch was very good
