Not a weak thin beet juice like you would get in many places (which is eerily similar to those glass jars of borscht found on market shelves) but rather a thick hearty well stocked soup served either hot or cold according to your preference and served with thick delicious slices of bread so you can soak up every last drop of the delicious product.
