Two townhouses have been joined to make room for the folks who want operatic entertainment with their Italian food. The young people who wait on tables also provide the vocal music, so they need to be doubly proficient, and between courses they leave behind the table responsibilities and hold forth with (mostly) familiar arias from the great operas.
