This California French bistro cuddles its public in the insouciant setting of Manhattan Beach. Exclusively French windows queue the street anterior of CafT Pierre. For twenty years the porous expanse interior has provided pasta and pepper steak to its patrons. Ivory walls are placarded with canvas composition within the Saint Germain inspired interior. Linens, dark woods, and opalvesant carpet, are all components that contribute to the uppity blue-burgundy nucleus.
Concentrating on new European, French and Italian foods, this is an upscale facility. Expect the average entrée to cost between $12 and $20, and patrons are quite appropriate when dressed casual, but fashionable.
Atmosphere: The facility has a contemporary and modern décor. The lighting is via track lighting. The restaurant is small, and is contemporary and relaxed and frequented by an upscale crowd. Table talk is no problem - noise level here is moderate.
More Reasons to Go: Café Pierre is appropriate (if not ideal) for impressing clients, birthdays, anniversaries and other romantic evenings; also, the restaurant is often frequented prior the theatre.
