Gladys Knight (no Pips this time) has opened a restaurant featuring and named for her favorite foods. There are other Southern soul delicacies to be had here, but mostly this spot capitalizes on the name of one of the most beloved and enduring gospel, R&B, and pop singing stars around (not to mention first rider on the "Midnight Train to Georgia"). Atlanta has a well-deserved reputation as a gospel music center, and this place should do well.
