Panchito`s is less about its fairly conventional Tex-Mex food (cheesy nachos and burritos galore) than it is about its cocktails, which it takes more than seriously with over one hundred different varieties of frozen margaritas, daiquiris, and pina coladas. This restaurant, complete with folk art, stained glass window, dark bar lighting, and live jazz piano, is a good place to unwind with friends or coworkers at the end of the week -- or at the end of a long night since Panchito`s stays open until 4:00 a.m.
